The fusion of cuisine from China and Nepal is hard to pigeon hole. The tastes definitely have a heavy Indian influence, featuring curries, clay oven dishes, and lentils while the Chinese influences are seen in dishes favoring Lamb and Pork. Whatever the influences, the flavors are indeed unique with most of the dishes flavored with Himalayan spices. In sum, Little Nepal is a delight for those interested in new experiences and the flavors of this little country.
