My massage repertoire combines slow, deep releasing work with nurturing Esalen strokes.  The pressure gradient is refined:  not too deep; just enough.  Often, deep tissue work is too fast, too deep and too much. Each massage session is unique, tailored by personal requests, comfort level, physical tension and release, the felt sense of intuition. I welcome feedback so you get exactly what you need.  

It is my commitment to provide the highest quality care and attention possible.  My intention is to bring a renewed sense of health and vigor.

As a competitive athlete who has worked with Olympic and Professional athletes (see website), I understand that a more refined level of bodywork is required to ensure an "optimum level of performance."
