About
Learn the fabulous dance that electrifies nightclubs all over the world! Salsa is a fantastic workout, a great way to make new friends, and so much fun to dance! Make it happen now in a friendly, encouraging class with two experienced and committed instructors.Alison has taught and performed in the Bay Area for 9 years, and has danced in the SF Ethnic Dance Festival, The SF Hip Hop Festival, The SF Salsa Congress, The LA Salsa Congress, and Congreso Mundial de la Salsa in Puerto Rico. Jesús hails from the Dominican Republic and has been dancing since birth. He has been featured as a principal dancer in the Azúcar dance company in Florida and taught professionally in Atlanta and San Francisco. Jesús and Alison’s more recent accomplishments include a series of internationally distributed instructional DVDs in Bachata, Salsa, and Merengue.
You are always welcome to drop in. No partner necessary. Wear: Comfortable Clothing and Leather Soled Shoes. No flip flops or mules, please.
