Amie D. Miller is certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law, and a Northern California "Superlawyer" (top 5% - 2009). Her practice is devoted exclusively to immigration law, and she has successfully navigated her clients through the immigration process before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern and Eastern Districts of the United State District Courts.

Ms. Miller provides experienced,effective and compassionate legal representation in permanent residence, citizenship, asylum, removal defense, waivers, BIA and Ninth Circuit appeals, immigration consequences of criminal convictions, entertainers, artists and athletes, consular issues and other non-immigrant and immigrant visas.

Ms. Miller is active in the San Francisco legal and immigrant community. She served as the District Counsel Liaison of the Board of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Northern California Chapter (2001-2002) and on the Board of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (1999-2001). She additionally lectures and volunteers regularly for local nonprofit agencies that serve immigrants including LCCR, NCLR and ALRP. She received the Wiley Manuel Pro Bono Award in 2001.
