La Mar Cebichería Peruana in San Francisco will host a La Blanco pisco paired dinner on Monday, April 29, 2013, beginning with a 6:00 p.m. pisco class/seminar.The evening’s menu, prepared by La Mar Chef Diego Oka and served at the restaurant's Chef's Table, will consist of four courses, each paired with the perfect La Blanco pisco or pisco-based cocktail.
