Let's face it, if you make a reservation for Kyo-Ya, you're likely going to spend a good $100 - $300. Hey, what did you expect for probably the best, freshest sushi in San Francisco. Sake flows like water and it's a must: try something other than Tuna or Shrimp. Maybe go for that sea urchin or quail egg. Try those clams and scallops.
