Rates:
Physical Therapy Evaluation $150
Comprehensive (60 min.) physical assessment of strength, range of motion, skeletal alignment, joint mobility, balance, and special tests. Includes custom home exercise program and goal planning.

Pilates for Fitness Evaluation $120
Comprehensive (60 min.) physical assessment of strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Includes custom home exercise program and goal planning.

Physical Therapy Treatment Session $120
One-on-one therapy session (55 min.) utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and development of a custom home exercise program.

Pilates Rehabilitation Session $120
One-on-one therapy session (55 min.) utilizing manual therapy techniques,Pilates apparatus, and development of a custom home exercise program.

Private Pilates for Fitness Session $100
Private session (55 min.) utilizing Pilates apparatus.

Duo Pilates for Fitness Session $60
Pilates for 2 (55 min.) utilizing Pilates apparatus.
