A six-year veteran of the California real estate community, Kevin Markarian established a reputation as a playmaker from the very beginning. Exhibiting diligence and a keen understanding of the market and the needs of his clients, he’s closed more than 300 transactions since earning his real estate license in 2002. In the three years between 2004 and 2006 alone, Kevin’s transactions have accounted for more than $85 million.

 

Kevin’s hard work has not only been recognized by the hundreds of clients whom he’s served, but also by his peers in the professional community.  In 2004, one of the country’s top builders, Morrison Homes made him it’s Shining Star of the Year, an honor which was bestowed upon him again two years later.  He was the National Sales Associate of the Year for Morrison in 2006, and was chosen to train and instruct its new associates throughout the United States.  Additionally, he’s consistently been named a President’s Circle award winner, a designation given to an elite echelon of agents and brokers who conform to the highest industry standards.

 

Kevin’s passion and professionalism have allowed him to rise quickly to prominence in the real estate community. He began as a realtor and property manager for Property Pros in Modesto, California, in February of 2002, simultaneously serving in the capacity of loan officer for the company.  In May of 2003, he joined Morrison Homes, where he became a Senior Associate, and one of it’s most productive team members.  2003 is also the year he bought his first investment property in California. He has since purchased multiple investment properties in several states throughout the country.  In March of 2007, Kevin obtained a real estate broker’s license earning the responsibility of being a leader in his field and the trust of every client he’s had the pleasure to serve.           

 

Kevin’s career thus far has been guided by this simple idiom from Benjamin Franklin: “Well done is better than well said.” That sentiment drives him to maximize his efforts to achieve the most desirable results in a timely and efficient manner on behalf of his clients. In the years to come, Kevin will apply the same principles of hard work and quality product to uphold the elite nature of his service to the real estate community.
