believe that when we are in the present moment, old patterns can change during real-time experiences. I use embodied and mindfulness learning to help my clients find their own wisdom, confidence, creativity, freedom, and sensuality. In sessions, I bring a sense of body awareness, gentleness, playfulness, and openness while guiding clients in the discovery of how to fulfill and explore their deepest desires. My coaching style is warm, open, understanding, honest, and I strive to create a unique learning space to discover or rediscover the erotic self.
