About
I provide behavioral coaching and advocacy services to children and their families in home, school, daycare and community settings. Behavioral consultations, behavior plans and assessments and one-to-one sessions with child and collateral caregivers and educators to assist child in replacing unwanted behaviors with pro-social,anger management and self-calming skills. My approach is holistic and respectful of all involved, and is designed to assist the child and family in increasing their communication and coping skills. All sessions are provided in the child's home and other natural, in-vivo settings to insure the greatest generalization of learned skills to all settings and situations. I can offer referrals to psychotherapists and other health professionals as needed or desired. I especially like working with children who may be experiencing difficulties in their school environment and who need advocacy to access special education acccommodations to meet their unique learning needs.
