I am a Marriage, Family and Child Therapist, and a Registered Drama Therapist. I have over 20 years experience in private practice, as well as community mental health. I work with a range of issues, including depression, early abuse, life transitions, co-dependence, relationships, and blocks to creativity. I use Drama Therapy and the Expressive Arts, if it is comfortable for the client, to help identifiy and resolve issues. My office is welcoming, safe, and filled with symbolic objects, masks, props and art materials which can be integrated into our work. I believe that trust and safety are the cornerstone of a good therapeutic relationship. I am interactive, empathic and non-judgmental. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to set and work toward goals which will enhance their quality of life.
