About
My goal is to help people create harmony and balance in their life. In a confidential, caring and supportive environment I aim to restore the whole person to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I believe we can all heal, we can all change, we can all learn, and we can all develop new ways of looking at the world. I work with a variety of issues and I have worked with diverse populations and people of all age groups. In my practice, I offer: individual, couples, family, adolescent and child therapy. I have experience with: anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, divorce, parenting skills, stress management, relationships, and more.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am a member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA).
