Try honey jelly beans with chardonnay and wild blackberry jelly beans with zinfandel at Burrell School winery,strawberry jam jelly beans with pinot noir and chocolate pudding jelly beans with cabernet at MJA wineyard along with other interesting combinations at Loma Prieta and Poetic Cellars.
