J.C. Smith embodies blues cool. He was awarded the Best Dressed Male Artist at the 2003 Bay Area Blues Hall of Fame Induction and it's easy to see why. Following the adage "dress for the job you want," J.C. Smith is likely to reign as the kingpin of the Bay Area blues scene.
