The International Institute of the Bay Area provides low-cost immigration legal
services, and we welcome the opportunity to serve same-sex married couples who
seek federal immigration benefits!
New potential clients are seen either during weekly drop-in consultation hours on
Thursday afternoons between 1:00-4:00pm or in private initial
consultations Monday through Friday. There is no need to call ahead if you
would like a Thursday afternoon drop-in consultation. If you would like to schedule a
