We are a nonprofit that is friendly & diverse, & includes people from all different ages & backgrounds. You'll often find us making each other laugh, & enjoying food & drinks together after trainings!
Trainers are unpaid, female & male volunteers that have trained in Indonesia. Membership dues go towards the rental of space.
Receive individualized training, & learn White Crane, Snake, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey, Long Sleeve system, Ying and Yang, Drunken, Lo-Huan, Quan Yin styles.
Attend retreats in Indonesia, Europe, & the U.S.!
This holistic system blends self-defense, tumbling, sparring, breathing systems, & beautiful long forms.
