  The Indigital Institute of Recording Arts The Indigital Institute of Recording Arts The Indigital Institute of Recording Arts (IIRA) is an accredited audio institute located on the Westside of Santa Cruz. We teach our students how to optimally advance in today's field of the audio engineering industry. Students complete a 40-week CAE course, in the fundamentals of sound, advanced recording, mixing, and mastering. Each class provides hands-on training, including 20 apprenticeship hours in live recording sessions. After completion of this course, we help our students build their portfolio and resume to secure employment. We invite you to come in and take a tour of the studio.
