His work is informed by his extensive training from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) including: Thai, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports Massage Modalities, Reflexology, Joint Mobilization, Energy, Cryotherapy, Cross Fiber, Longitudinal Release, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Techniques. He also received training in Cranial-Sacral massage at the Esalen Institute. He has working knowledge of Ortho-Bionomy techniques and principles and is an active professional AMTA member.
