About
I work with individual adults and adolescents, couples, children 10+ and families. I have been doing this work for 20 years and bring to my work a commitment to helping my clients develop a more healthful relationship with themselves and others. I believe that psychotherapy is a gift that one gives to oneself to reach further toward living the most meaningful and fulfilled life possible. I believe that we all face pain in our life but we do not have to continue to suffer. I work with my clients in a directive, empathic and supportive way to help them achieve the capacity to live their best life. I believe everyone deserves to have a supportive person as a guide on their journey. I am privileged to be that person for my clients.
