Best known for its carnivorous appetite, Bordeaux is celebrated for its excellent terrines and pates and this region is a must stop on the Tour de France. Sharing the region’s signature ingredients and flavors with guests, Executive Chef Sophiane Benaouda has created a menu that reflects the dishes that make Bordeaux a must stop on Grand Cafe’s culinary journey.
$42 for a 3-course menu, plus $20 for Bordeaux wine pairing
