Globe boasts a chill and welcoming dining room blessed by the simmering aromas of seasonal dishes. Foodies can quell the insistent inner-monologue that demands rustic pizzas with a supper menu that features artisan thin-crust pies like the potato, rosemary, and fontina pizza ($15) and the wild mushroom with black-truffle-oil pizza ($16). A full wine menu complements savory plates of king salmon atop boccacino pasta ($22), and a Hills Farm pork chop talks philosophy with cabbage, potatoes, and a smear of whole-grain mustard ($20). Toes are liable to curl and socks will spontaneously wield hands as their own puppets under the harmonious influence of a Borgo Belvedere 2008 Pinot Grigio ($8) paired with braised and boneless short rib, whipped potatoes, and collard greens ($24), with a side of macaroni with Tillamook cheese ($8).
