We specialize in the highest quality medical care for children including nutrition and preventive medicine, and we are open to vaccinating children on a staggered schedule. Wellness is not just the absence of disease and we strive not only to treat illness but to optimize the health of all our patients. We do this in a beautiful office which is modern, warm, and inviting.
This practice is the brain child of Julia Getzelman, MD, who has been a physician for more than 10 years. Her vision of an integrative pediatric practice incorporating nutrition, functional medicine, and psychology was realized over a year ago in a beautiful corner spot on Church Street in the heart of Noe Valley. Dr. Getzelman takes a broad view of wellness and works with a nutritionist, lactation specialist, and pediatric nurse practitioner to accomplish her goals of attentive, focused, and thorough care for children and their parents.
