Garavaglia Architecture, Inc. is a mission-driven firm with a vision for creating a place for history in all of our lives. We actively work to advance innovative and sustainable solutions for existing, older, and historic resources. We believe in guiding stakeholders through our responsive and creative professional services while setting the standards for ethical practice. We are committed to providing cost-efficient planning and architectural solutions for all types of historic resources. Through identification of the unique attributes of each project, we create solutions that meet client goals and budget requirements with a range of services that balances the needs of the resource with project objectives while remaining flexible to changes in all phases of the project. We are a full-service preservation architecture firm with an in-house staff of architects, technical designers, architectural historians, and architectural conservators, and have expert knowledge of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Services we offer include architectural design, adaptive reuse and renovation strategies, conditions assessments, conservation services, Historic Structure Reports and Historic Resource Evaluations, feasibility studies, SISR compliance and design review, CEQA/Section 106/NEPA compliance, and LEED and sustainability services.
