Steven has 20 years experience in Law Enforcement, Private Investigations and Security. The former President of Monterey Bay Security and Investigations, Inc. in Santa Cruz County, Ca. Mr. Ward built a very successful on-site private security organization which was sold in 1989. Since 1990, his case work in workers' compensation fraud and personnel injury investigations, on the defense side, spans the State. He is a POST certified public safety background investigator conducting detail oriented and POST mandated backgrounds of Deputy Sheriff and Police officer cadets and laterals, as well as Fire Fighters, Paramedics and civilian personnel. His knowledge of technology has allowed him to streamline the archaic process of background investigations, allowing for faster turnaround and a report of investigation that is high end.
