Chef Proprietor Faz Poursohi has the magic touch with a rotisserie where he roasts his famous Citrus & Sumac Marinated rotisserie Mary’s Organic chicken and leg of lamb.  Also known for his touch with pastas, Faz makes fresh pastas onsite daily-those ravioli’s described by the San Jose Mercury news as “warm hugs” of homemade goodness.  Faz beautifully combines of all things California: fresh, locally sourced, sustainable, healthy merged with the influences of Faz’s Persian roots: The exotic, rich, culinary and artistic history, but guest know they can get ever popular mainstays like pizza, pasta and burgers inspired by the seasonal bounty of Northern California.   At the heart of what Faz does: a philosophy of loving the restaurant and knowing his guests.  Faz knows how to please people. That is as true today as it ever was.
