Gordon, Lily, Sandy and the entire crew are professional, straight-forward and honest. You get top of the line service. They use Volvo parts, so you're getting the parts that were designed for your car.
When I took the car in the other day, they mentioned that whoever had done some of the previous repairs hadn't used Volvo parts... Sure it was a little more expensive, but the peace of mind I got after talking with Gordon about it was well worth it. He just said, "That's why you were getting some ware, because the part in there was not the same quality as the Volvo part ..." It made sense.
Check them out if you own a Volvo and live or work in the city. Close to Bart and they'll give you a ride to a local location if you need one.
