This eight course gourmet dinner will feature several of Chef Chu;s signature dishes, plus other gourmet dishes developed especially for this event. Christine Tran, Artisan Wine Depot's Certified Sommelier has selected the perfect wines for this menu and will be describing the pairing principles for each dish.
