Emmanuel A. Santos received his J.D. in Public Interest Law from John F. Kennedy University, B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University - Bloomington, and M.S. in Taxation from San Francisco State University. He is a CPA in the state of California, an IRS Enrolled Agent, and a Personal Financial Specialist. He also holds other licenses including Series 6, 7 & 63 securities licenses; Real Estate Broker's license (CA Insurance License # 01302678); Life Agent, Variable Contracts, Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent insurance licenses (CA Insurance License # 0B99983).He currently serves as the CFO for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization in San Francisco benefiting AIDS charities. His work experiences include several tax and audit positions with Cooper's & Lybrand, H & R Block, and other CPA firms. He also held several accounting positions at Franklin Templeton Investments.He is an active member of AICPA, CalCPA, NAEA, CSEA, SF Bar Association, NAR, CAR, and SFAR.
