About

Therapeutic work with individual clients is based on the idea that underneath our difficult experiences is a whole person striving toward self- acceptance, a sense of personal fulfillment, and a sense of competence in the face of life challenges. These challenges can be physical, psychological, relational or emotional - - past or current.

A special interest and focus is on assisting couples. The dynamics of a couple is unique and challenging at times. Here the approach is twofold: 1) address specific couple dynamics and 2) expand and incorporate issues of each person in a way that preserves dignity and expands individual growth.
