Brown also offers personal reflections on cooking and the Zen path that delights in living a life that celebrates simple food. Brown worked at Greens Restaurant, starting as a waiter, and moving all the way up to manager. He was ordained a priest by Shunryu Suzaki Roshi and has taught at meditation retreats and vegetarian cooking classes all over the world. $110 per person
