Since 1963, Edna Ray has served the best Chinese cuisine in the Los Gatos area. Started by one of the Bay Area's pioneers in the Asian cuisine, Edna and Ray Lee, Edna Ray is now managed by head chef, Kwong Wing Suen. Kwong has over 30 years of culinary experience from managing restaurants in Hong Kong and the Bay Area.
