As the pop-up restaurant you can find only in San Francisco, EAT arrives at some of the most intriguing venues in the city. EAT is a reflection of everything San Francisco. With delicious Californian fusion dishes made with local and sustainable produce, cocktails made by local mixologists, and music that is everything BUT top 40s, EAT is cosmopolitan in every sense of the word.

If you live, EAT, play SF, this is the restaurant for you.

The EAT Restaurant group is a production by The Phoenix Supper Club. Tommy Halvorson is the executive chef and founder of The Phoenix Supper Club, and in the summer of 2009, partnered with Crystal S. Yang to manage and market the EAT Restaurant group. Based in San Francisco, EAT is an event series that happens at different venues on varying days of the week.

After founding The Phoenix Supper Club, Halvorson partnered with Yang to create the EAT restaurant group. EAT was created with the idea that the food found at social events and venues did not have to be frozen, preserved or packaged before arriving at the table. EAT is now quickly becoming a series of dining events at avant-garde locations throughout the city with full bars and sound systems all at a very accessible price point.

EAT at 111 Minna, which caters toward the happy hour crowd and food and entertainment industry, has moved to Wednesday from it's previous Monday night slot on the EAT Restaurant calendar. It will be joined by its darker and more mysterious half, EAT at The Ambassador, starting June 16th 2010 with fresh new faces and a sexy new scenery but with the same delicious and mouthwatering taste. EAT lovers will soon be able to get a taste of the street food phenomenon at The Ambassador.

EAT continues to pride itself in being the best in quality and service and supports local farms and sustainable agriculture wherever possible. The dishes at EAT are inspired by the street food culture, but is slightly more dressed up, giving street food a touch of fancy. The majority of  the dishes at EAT are priced between $5 and $9. EAT guests enjoy dishes with unsurpassed quality themed around street food traditions, service comparable to any multi-star restaurant, and an ambiance that is fun, laid-back, and social.
