We are a unique architecture firm specializing in residential remodels, ground up homes, and boutique commercial work. Recent work includes Spruce restaurant in San Francisco and a high-end remodel in Moraga (search for "Klosowski Moraga" at the "full archive" at sfgate.com).
Services include initial feasibility studies and sketches to allow owners to visualize a design and understand the budget while only using a fraction of the design fee investment. From there, we provide full entitlement services, construction documents, permitting, and client representation / cconstruction administration services.
