I offer premier health and fitness solutions to residents of Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Salinas. I will motivate you, give you the guidance to exercise with proper form and functionality, increase your strength, speed, endurance, and make your workouts more efficient than you ever thought possible. My approach is based on these two very important principles… First and foremost, exercise must be fun. Secondly, exercise must be customized to each individual based on his or her needs and goals.
What separates me from many conventional trainers is that I bring the gym to you. I train my clients at the beach, in their homes, wherever they will be most motivated to want to work out! I provide many different types of equipment during a session such as a bosu ball, swiss ball, free weights, elastic bands, jump ropes, and stretching rope.
