Menu:
STARTER: House Cashew Cheese with Flax cracker and Fresh Fruit
SOUP: Oyster mushroom chowder
SALAD: Roasted beet salad with cucumber, walnuts and "bleu cheese" dressing
ENTREE: Rice medley and pumpkin see stuffed squash with pan roasted garlicky Brussels and cranberry sauce.
DESERT: Pumpkin parfait with coconut whipped topping and praline crumble
WINE: Vegan Vine Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Red Blend and Cabernet Sauvignon.
