Inspired by this historic DaDa art movement of the early 20th century, our art shows are abstract, surreal and very modern.
CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED!
DaDa was selected as one of the best "Date Bars" in the city, January 2007 by AOL.com, and one of the best "Chill Lounges" by Citysearch.com, November 2006.
Selected as "Best Spot for a Drink in San Francisco" by 7x7 Magazine, Fall 2006.
"In 1919, Marcel Duchamp penciled a mustache and goatee on a print of the Mona Lisa. It was an example of what might be said to define Dadaism - rebellion with style. At DaDa SF Studio, the new bar from Gallery Lounge owners Michael Gouddou and Mark Landregan, we get our own version of a defiled DaVinci: a very un-Dan Brown take on the night. Sit on a red banquette under antique chandeliers, surrounded by quirky, abstract paintings, while sipping a Georgia Peach, the bar's signature cocktail....Provocative art served with a twist - until cocktails are allowed in the Louvre, we can't think of a better combo". 7x7 Guide, The Ultimate Listings for San Francisco, Fall 2006.
