Description
One of the more impressive artistic byproducts of hip hop is break-dancing. The rhythmic syncopation, the athletic dexterity - the urban dance style can be mesmerizing, especially if you've never witnessed a real master like Crazy Legs. The Brooklyn-bred B-Boy rose to fame fronting one of the original hip hop dance groups, the Rock Steady Crew. Today he is also involved in community outreach, dance instruction and dance theater productions. His pioneering status is reflected in his appearances in fiction films and documentaries, old and new. Crazy Legs will be performing a rare live DJ set Thursday night at VooDoo Lounge along with Dstrukt, Snare, Krucial and Traps.More Info
