Lucinda Layton brings 27 years of professional experience to her real estate practice. Since 2004, she has provided strong representation to buyers and sellers throughout Silicon Valley. A trained negotiator, Ms. Layton has a strong track record of successfully navigating to success in multiple offer scenarios. Her primary objective is to protect her client's financial position as she would her own, and to demonstrate expertise in every aspect of their transaction. Her tax background and broad exposure to residential construction practices has proved to be invaluable to her clients time and time again. Ms. Layton's real estate practice is split equally between the representation of buyers and sellers. While 85% of her clients reside in Santa Clara County, she has represented buyers and sellers in Alameda County, Calaveras County, San Mateo County, Contra Costa County and Santa Cruz County. Ms. Layton is a licensed Realtor, Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). She is a certified real estate mentor for the nation's largest real estate coaching and training company Buffini & Company. Lucinda has been licensed Income Tax Preparer since 1998. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Lucinda is a 30 year resident in the Bay Area and lives with her family in San Jose.
