BALLET CLASS SCHEDULE:
Beginning/Intermediate Ballet Monday 6:30pm -7:45 pm
Beginning/Intermediate Ballet Wednesday 9:00pm – 10:15pm
Adult Beginning/Intermediate Ballet
In this class you will advance from the basics of learning correct posture and the basic steps of ballet, while Improving flexibility, strength and coordination. Ideal for pro ballroom dancers. Learn ballet steps, alignment and arm carriage and practice proper toe pointing. Add in some progressions at the end of the class to put your newly acquired skills into practice.
