Often overshadowed by the renowned House of Nanking located next door, Chef Jia's is one of the best and least known secrets of North Beach. Most entrees are under $6 and range from average to fantastic. The honey chile chicken is exceptional as is anything with Chef Jia's famous chile peanut sauce. Leave Nanking for the tourists willing to wait in line -- Chef Jia's is the real local favorite.
