Carmel Realty Company was the first real estate company in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Since its founding in 1913, Carmel Realty Company has remained locally owned and operated. As a boutique firm we are exclusively focused on the luxury real estate market. Our connections within the community run deep. We have represented families here for four generations and have agents who themselves are fourth generation Carmel Realtors.
