About
All abooooooard! Hop off the 9-5 train and into Cable Car! Mouthwatering pork ribs, pitchers of Anchor Steam, and local sports games playing left and right equal a recipe for goodness, and Cable Car City Pub & Cafe is ready to make your baby back dreams come true.
Conveniently located kitty-corner to the historic San Francisco treasure for which it was named, Cable Car City Pub & Cafe is a great Market Street spot to grab a messy plate of ribs, sip on a local brew, and catch the last few innings of tonight's game against the Twins. Sure, this pub has its fair share of trolley-riding-Rice-a-Roni-loving tourists, but you'll spot the locals quickly and will find yourself settling in for the night. And with tasty breakfast specials, delicious "lunch in a rush" items, outdoor patio seating, and tons of TVs projecting local sporting events, you've got yourself breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks all packed into one.
Thanks to a brand spankin' new kitchen equipped with a fiery grill, the menu at Cable Car has totally heated things up with fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Pork Ribs, the Blackened Pepper Jack Burger, and the Super Nachos. Known for their BBQ, the beef and pork ribs are carefully cooked for four hours in a top secret Cable Car blend of seasonings and tangy BBQ sauce, coated and stored, and then glazed and cooked yet again resulting in a crispy caramelization that totally smokes the competition.
