About
Founder and Director Rachel Irvine Schmidt and her staff run a comprehensive tutorial service serving Carmel, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Marina, Seaside, Pebble Beach, and Carmel Valley and provide service to all areas on the Monterey Peninsula and the Salinas Valley.
They work very closely with all local public and private schools as well as local colleges to ensure each student's success. They have purchased all texts to prepare for tutorial appointments as well as providing all texts and materials for our test preparation appointments (SAT, ACT, SAT II, SSAT, PSAT, ACT, CAHSEE, GRE).
Both tutors and support staff communicate with teachers regularly as to close the gap between school and outside tutoring. Additionally, all appointments include a Feedback Form as to keep open lines of communication with parents/guardians. All tutors are experts in the subjects they tutor.
The hours listed below are our regular hours, however, we will see any student by appointment.
