The experience of Blondies is your basic nightmare. Whether you're waiting in line with office workers at lunch or with teenagers straight from Urban Outfitters, the place is jam packed. You get your slice (Barbecue Chicken is the Thursday special and my personal fave) and try to dig out a little spot along the side at which to eat. Meanwhile, you get pushed and jostled constantly by people trying to get to the napkins or oregano or whatever it is you are inevitably blocking. There's nowhere to sit and you can't go outside without getting hassled to death by homeless people, but the pizza itself, doughy and dense, will keep you coming back for more.
