Bowie almost got it right. We can be heroes, all right--but not just for one day. The Big WOW! Comicfest 2015 lasts a full 48 hours this coming weekend at San Jose's McEnery Convention Center. That's two days of glorious geekery. Check out ink and pencil classes from the industry's best artists, gaming contests, a thrilling table read by Comic Book Masterpiece Theater and, of course, the cosplay. Legendary comic book creators will speak. There will be blood: a stage version of "Nightmare in Blood." And the costume contest alone is worth a peek. But remember: no projectiles allowedBig WOW! ComicFest is one of the biggest annual comics and pop culture events in Silicon Valley. The event is filled with artist demonstrations, cosplay instruction and fun, creator interviews and presentations, and much more.
