About
My holistic psychotherapy services are based on principles of wholeness and positive psychology. While I work with many types of issues including anxiety, shame, depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), anger management, addiction, and domestic violence, I do specialize in the areas of eating dysfunction, weight management, pet loss, chronically ill pet caregiver issues, and adult children of mentally ill parents.
