Our mission is to build a community that is empowered, clean, safe, and healthy!
Our AIDS program focuses on adults aged 18 or older who cannot cease the use of heroin without medical assistance and those who are at-risk for HIV infection.
Our Substance Abuse program focuses on adults aged 18 or older for methadone maintenance and detoxification, individual and group counseling, and jail dosing services.
