For our third year, we are collecting socks for the needy as well as for our troops with our

Save Our Soles campaign.

This past year our generous patients donated over 1000 pairs of socks that we gave to shelters in the Bay Area as well as sent to our troops who were deployed.

There are hundreds of people who are forced to wear the same pair of socks for days or weeks at a time due to their hardships.

For those with diabetes, impaired circulation, or neuropathy, this can lead to serious infections which may result in the loss of a limb or even their life.

Most of us view putting on a clean pair of socks as a daily habit , but to needy individuals as well as our service men and women, putting on a clean pair of socks is a luxury.
