I am a licensed psychotherapist who has been working with clients since 2004. My approach is warm and compassionate while focused on teaching you the skills to improve your life. I believe that Socrates was right; "The unexamined life is not worth living." Psychotherapy sets a stage for you to look at how you are living your life.
