Tickets for the event, which begins at 2:00 pm, have already been sold out. The Dalai Lama will also be speaking at the San Jose State University Event Center.

Local Student Spied on by FBI

The FBI attached a GPS tracking device to the car of a local student without first obtaining a warrant. Yasir Afifi found the device when he took his car in for an oil change and promptly removed it. Two days later FBI agents approached him as he left his apartment. Federal law says that the FBI is allowed to track vehicles with GPS devices in the public space.
